We maintain this site (the "Site") for your (the member or non-member) personal entertainment, information, education and communication. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without our written permission.

Your access to and use of the Site is also subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms and conditions:

1.	You should assume that everything you see or read on this Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in these terms and conditions or in the text on the Site without our written permission. We neither warrant nor represent that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe the rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated by us.
2.	While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Site, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

4.	Except where prohibited by law, a member's participation shall constitute his/her consent to use the member's username, city and state for promotional purposes without any payment or consideration.
5.	The Super Bowl sweepstakes contest period will end December 31, 2010. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. *We will award two Super Bowl XLV tickets or $3,000 to the winner. Our members will have a variety of ways to receive entries by participating in our contests. Non-members and members may enter by email. To enter by email, contestants must type out their name, email address, mailing address and phone number within the email and send it to us through the Contact Us section of this site. The Winner will be selected at random from all eligible contestants. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Super Bowl sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, Puerto Rico and provinces of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Canadian winners may be required to take and pass a timed mathematical skill-testing question. Any Directors, Officers, Advertising and Promotion agencies and Employees are not eligible to win. If for any reason the Internet portion of sweepstakes program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, we reserve the right at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any E-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website. Any attempt by a member or contestant of the sweepstakes to deliberately damage any part of the Site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek damages from any such member or contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute, entries made by the Internet will be declared by the authorized account holder of the E-mail address submitted at the time of entry. We reserve the right to halt the sweepstakes at any time due to situations beyond its control such as acts of God, etc.
6.	Our Fantasy Leagues and Sports Challenges (the "Contests") are games of SKILL. Winners will be determined by the objective criteria set forth in our rules and instructions of the Contests. *We award more than $100 weekly in prizes to our members/winners. Winners will receive sportscards as prizes with an estimated retail value of $5 - $20 per sportscard. Each Contest is a weekly contest and winners will be sent prizes within 10 days of the Contests conclusion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Our Fantasy Leagues and Sports Challenges may not be used in connection with any form of gambling. All prizes are awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose). All taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prizes and any shipping or handling charges are the sole responsibility of the winner. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Only one entry per Contest per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Non-members and members may enter for free by email through our "Alternative Entry" method. To enter for free by email contestants should put “Alternative Entry” in the Subject line and email it to the Contact Us section of this site. 7.	Our terms and conditions may be modified at any time by posting such modification in our terms and agreement section of this website. A member or non-members participation after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modifications. Any rules posted on the Site are also deemed to have been read and agreed to by the member or non-member when they next use the Site.
8.	Member understands and gives permission for us to debit the credit card or checking account they most recently used for membership, when their current membership expires and is up for renewal. We will not notify the member when the renewal time is up and when the debit takes place. The debit will be at the current membership rates (see registration form for current registration rates) for the membership level the member most recently chose. We or the member may terminate the membership at any time. If a member terminates/cancels their membership, it must be done in writing by email (with a confirmation of receiving the email by us). Please use the Contact Us section of this site and include “Cancel Membership” in the subject line of your email. All monthly (bronze) memberships will be based on a calendar month. All charges made to a monthly (bronze) member will be made between the 20th and 25th of each new month or within three days of the time of the month that they originally became a member. All other members (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) will be billed for the same level of membership at the end of their discounted term. Our membership rates may change and the member will be billed at the most current membership rates based on their selected membership level (see registration form for current membership rates). If a monthly member (bronze) terminates/cancels their membership, we will bill the member for the remainder of the current month but not bill them for the next complete month. If a Silver, Gold or Platinum member terminates/cancels their membership, they will not receive a refund for months they have not used.
9.	We may utilize "cookies" which are inserted into your hard drive to track your participation. We prefer that you do not use any cookie disabling devices in your browser. If you choose to disable "cookies" you may not be able to participate within the Site.

11.	By participating in the website or promotion of the website, you release and agree to hold harmless the Site, participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, associates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "released parties") from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Site or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Any claim of any nature will be filed in our current jurisdiction.
12.	In the event that any provision of our terms and conditions or Contest rules is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision, the remainder of our terms and conditions and Contest rules shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. The parties intend that the provisions of our terms and conditions and Contest rules be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, the parties agree that if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make them enforceable.
13.	We are not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed, by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, ineligible or postage due. All entries become our property and will not be acknowledged or returned.
